It’s apple season here in Vermont! And what better way to celebrate than with a fall, apple-themed photo contest?!
The 2nd Annual #EatVTapples photo contest is on!
During the month of September, snap the best photo of your apple orchard adventure and post it on Instagram with the hashtag #eatvtapples to enter DigInVT’s contest, created in partnership with the Vermont Tree Fruit Growers Association.
How to enter
To be eligible to win, you must be following @diginvt and @vermontapples on Instagram and use the hashtag #eatvtapples in your post’s caption. Your photo must also be taken at a Vermont apple orchard!
Beyond that, anything is fair game - find the perfect apple, enjoy a just-fried donut, take a sip of sweet cider, and capture these special moments! We can’t wait to see your favorite orchard experiences!
Consider photo composition, lighting, and your own personal aesthetic - and use your creativity. Be sure to tag the orchard you visited. And most importantly, have fun!
Judges
Our panel of judges will choose their top three favorites. The judges are:

Prizes
The winning photographers will receive prizes provided by some of our great Vermont orchards! Think gift certificates, cider, maple syrup, and fun swag. More details to come!
The winners will be chosen and announced on Friday, October 7th!
