
Grafton Village Cheese is an award winning, mission driven company of the non-profit Windham Foundation, with roots in historic Grafton, VT. Their main mission is to support Vermont's Rural and Agricultural communities. They support small VT family farms, using mostly high butterfat and protein milk. They produce raw milk aged cheddar, naturally smoked cheddars, as well as cave-aged cheeses. The aging rooms are located at the original plant in Grafton. The cheddar plant and Grafton Retail Shop are located on the Retreat Farm in Brattleboro, VT.
