The Inn at Shelburne Farms restaurant features regional American cuisine and utilizes fresh, local ingredients served in an elegant 19th century dining room with spectacular lake and mountain views. The Inn at Shelburne Farms was originally the 19th-century country home of Dr. William Seward and Lila Vanderbilt Webb. Restored in 1987, the inn today retains its historic character and continues the tradition of warmth, informal elegance and hospitality enjoyed by guests for more than a century. There are 24 bedrooms & two cottages individually decorated with many original furnishings.
