Vincent's Bistro at Green Mountain Technology and Career Center

Vincent's Bistro Restaurant is part of the Culinary Arts Program at Green Mountain Technology and Career Center. Students are closely involved in the operation of the bistro. They are training for employment opportunities in hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, and other institutional food service operations. The Bistro is open during the spring semester and the menu changes weekly.
