The keystone of the weekend is Saturday's Guest Chef Collaboration dinner. This year, Spruce Peak invites four guest chefs from across New England to showcase their skills, passions, and dedication to excellence for this unforgettable 5-course meal.

Spruce Peak is also welcoming back past A Taste of New England guest chef's for this year's newest addition "Dinner by Design" on Thursday August 24, 2023.
