Chittenden, Grand Isle, and Franklin Counties

New Year's Eve at Salt & Bubbles, Essex

New Year's Eve is Salt & Bubbles' favorite night of the year! Join them for champagne by the glass, pet nats and cava, and a special menu including a raw bar, tartare, raclette, shaved truffle, and more! Reservations are not required, but are strongly encouraged.

Daytime Disco at Foam Brewers, Burlington

Dance the year away with exquisite music and Foam beer with the best vinyl DJs in Burlington invited. Daytime Disco is a unique opportunity to see your favorite club DJs leaving their laptops behind and digging deep into their collection.

Enjoy a New Year's Day brunch at The Grey Jay, Burlington

The Grey Jay in Burlington is open on New Year's Day, and what a better way to kick off 2025 than with their apple butter donut holes, tahini iced coffee, haloumi biscuits, and crispy eggplant sabich? The Grey Jay does not take reservations, but you can put your name on the waitlist and check current wait times on Resy.

Addison and Rutland Counties

Cenone - New Year's Dinner at Agricola Farm, Panton

Sit down at the table with Agricola Farm at 7:00 for an authentic Italian feast like only Nonna Stefano can do! The cenone (big dinner) is a long standing Italian traditions. Agricola Farm takes this opportunity to really throw a memorable party. Their dinner features between 12 and 14 courses and all the food is made following authentic Italian recipes using primarily products from their farm. *Unfortunately, Agricola Farm is unable to make accommodations for their friends that are gluten free for this event.

 

Bennington and Windham Counties

Wine & Cheese Snowshoe Tours at Grafton Village Inn, Grafton

Take a 1-hour snowshoe tour through the forest at the Grafton Trails, and then relax in a cabin with a glass of wine and cheese board from Grafton Village Cheese shop! Complimentary snowshoes available for use. All attendees must be 21 years or older. 

 

Windsor and Orange Counties

Enjoy a Locally-Inspired Dinner at Maple Soul, Rochester

Maple Soul will be open from 5:00-9:00pm on Tuesday, Dec. 31 to celebrate New Year's Eve! Their menu changes frequently to incorporate local, seasonal ingredients, so check their website to see their up-to-date offerings. Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended. Washington and Lamoille Counties

New Year's Eve Dinner at Barr Hill, Montpelier

Celebrate New Year's Eve at Barr Hill! Enjoy a prix-fixe dinner of 5 delightful courses. These will be paired with cocktails of your choice from our menu (for an additional cost).  The 5th course will be a surprise from their Chef to enjoy!

Fire and Ice New Year's Eve Celebration at Spruce Peak, Stowe

Join Spruce Peak for a special celebration to ring in 2025, including fireworks and ice dancing performances! Spruce Peak's New Year Celebration is a family-friendly event for all ages. Take a skate on the ice rink, treat yourself to some gooey fire-baked raclette, or warm up with s'mores by the fire.

New Year's Eve at Michael's on the Hill, Waterbury Center

Join Michael's on the Hill for a special New Year's Eve Dinner! They're offering a prix fixe menu that includes indulgent specials such as: black garlic fettuccini with crab, leeks, sun-dried tomatoes, and fennel; mushroom and goat cheese terrine with quail egg, frisee, and truffle gastrique; seared duck breast with apples, shallots, pomme Anna, and blackberry duck jus; and serrano-wrapped monkfish with braised tomatoes, vidalia onion, sunchokes, rapini, and sorghum.

New Year's Eve Dance Party at Fox Market and Bar, East Montpelier

Fox Market and Bar's next Queer Dance Party is New Year's Eve (Tuesday, December 31st)! Get out on the dance floor from 8:00pm-2:00am. They'll have bottles and glass pours of bubbly available for the party as well. As always, they highly recommend parking in the park and ride if you feel safe and able to do so.

New Year's Eve Dinner at Edson Hill, Stowe

Gather with your loved ones to ring in the New Year and enjoy the ambiance of the holiday season in The Dining Room at Edson Hill! New Year's Eve Party at The Buttery, St. Johnsbury

Don’t have plans for New Years? You do now! The Buttery in St. Johnsbury will be open late to ring in the New Year with a special, to-be-announced bar snack menu and a fabulous curated list of bubbles for you to choose from.

First Night North, St. Johnsbury

Catamount Arts and First Night North celebrate the 31st year of Vermont’s favorite and longest running New Year’s Eve performance festival. Featuring about 175 performers in nearly 70 shows in venues throughout St. Johnsbury, First Night North guarantees a full eight+ hours of fun for the whole family. There will be plenty to eat throughout the festival, both indoors and out, as food trucks, community centers, and venues up and down Main Street prepare a variety of tasty vittles ranging from full dinners to desserts and snacks as well as First Night’s traditional and beloved pancake supper.
