There’s nothing quite like fresh, saline oysters and a cool glass of wine in the company of friends and the soft light of a slowly fading spring afternoon. In this class on our patio, you’ll learn how to shuck your own oysters and discover different varieties, each more delicious than the last. You’ll taste various versions of an oyster platter and wine pairing, such as oysters with a squeeze of lemon and a glass of Chablis and oysters topped with Caviar and tossed back with Champagne. In this class, you will earn how to create transportive experiences through wine and food, explore different varieties of oysters and how to best enjoy them, and enjoy ½ dozen oysters with three different regional pairings in the company of friends!
