Culinary Maverick's Flavors of Spain

Join Local Maverick for their new Vermont Culinary Series, Culinary Mavericks! A series of dinners and demonstration experiences featuring Vermont chefs, farms, and producers. In January, enjoy Flavors of Spain! A 4-Course dining experience featuring chef Matt Stewart of Hen of The Wood, presented by Bitter Bubble.

Your ticket includes: 4 courses and 1 drink ticket for beer, wine, or N/A drink

Food Menu:

• Asadillo Manchego (Rep Pepper Salad)

• Empanadas (stuffed with caramelized onions and mushrooms) with a vegan cilantro aioli 

• Veggie Paella

• Churros topped with dulce de leche 

Bar Menu:

• Spanish Sangria

• Featured Cocktail TBA (Featuring Bitter Bubble)

• Spanish Wine via Vermont Wine Merchants

• Unkel Dunkel (Flynn on Fire Smoked Beer) from Switchback

• Local Beer and N/A options such as Bitter Bubble

Schedule:

• 6pm-6:30pm cocktail "half hour" & mingling. Guests may receive a welcome drink which is included in their ticket purchase

• 6:30pm seated dinner begins!
