Culinary Maverick's Flavors of Vietnam! A 4-Course Dining Experience showcases innovative takes on classic Vietnamese dishes, highlighting Vermont producers. The menu is created by chef Matt Stewart, with a bar menu created by Emily Kantowski

Ticket includes: 4 courses family style and 1 drink ticket for beer, wine, or N/A drink

Food Menu:

• Bahn Mi with local pickled veggies 

• Street noodles 

• Spring Rolls 

• Vietnamese sponge cake (Bahn bong lan) using local eggs and milk 

Bar Menu:

• Askew Beer: Rice Lager/Sake beer with Lemongrass

• Askew Beer: Light bodied, crisp, minimal hop aroma and character with hints of lemongrass. 4.5% ABV 18 IBUs

• Featured Cocktail TBA (Featuring Bitter Bubble)

• Wine Paring from Vermont Wine Merchants

• Local Beer and N/A options such as Bitter Bubble

NOTE: 1 beer, wine, or N/A option is included in your ticket purchase. Additional drinks are available for purchase.

Schedule:

• 6pm-6:30pm cocktail "half hour" & mingling. Guests may receive a welcome drink which is included in their ticket purchase

• 6:30pm seated dinner begins!
