"Champlain Orchards is one of the oldest continually operating orchards in Vermont, overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Our fruits are ecologically grown with intention and care —healthier for the soil, healthier for you! Everything we produce is an expression of our family-owned orchards. From our 175+ varieties of fruit to our handcrafted provisions and crisp ciders, we invite you to discover the taste of the Champlain Valley and this beautiful place we call home."

FOOD ON-SITE: Bring your appetites for delicious local vendor Hangry Hogg, for southern barbecue. The Cider Garden will be in full swing offering goodies such as: charcuterie boards, soft pretzels with mustard, sweet & savory turnovers, homemade apple fritters, cider donuts, hard and non-alcoholic cider slushies, and Champlain Orchards own award-winning hard ciders.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES: Before the show, relax in the Cider Garden and enjoy food and beverages under some shade with live music from the Aaron Audet band. You can play lawn games, shop the farm market for local provisions, or walk the orchard to pick your own fruits (cherries, summer plums and peaches if mother nature cooperates!). Finally, take in the sweeping vistas of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks, and don't forget to snap some photos of the beautiful views!

With summer droughts and water scarcity persisting, Champlain Orchards will use their portion of ticket sales continue to purchase and install soil tensiometers for their irrigation system to help optimize irrigation run times, minimizing misuse of electricity and water. They are also planning to create a second reservoir in 2023. Improved water management will help ensure that Champlain Orchards can continue to supply the local food system, schools, universities and hospitals with local eco-apples all year round.
