Participants will be invited to take a farm tour at Paul-lin Dairy on Thursday, August 11th at 11am, meet a cow and calf, and learn about how the farm runs and how the quality milk is made. The tour will end at the gelato making trailer where participants can sample freshly made gelato on the front lawn under our lovely maple grove. Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy!

Paisley Scoops creates inventive flavors of gelato using milk from Paul-lin Dairy in Bakersfield, VT. Registered Jersey cows have been rotationally grazing on the farm since 1985 and in 2020 the gelato business was founded to create a high quality small batch product that showcases the excellent milk the cows produce.
