Frankie's Menu Takeover with 5th Quarter Butcher Shop

Visit Frankie's in Burlington for a special menu takeover with their friends at 5th Quarter Butchery + Charcuterie on Thursday, December 12th. After a whole pig breakdown demonstration for staff development with owner of 5th Quarter, Josh Turka, they will be handing out a special separate menu featuring items. Expect to see some rustic house made pastas, charcuterie and special cuts to pair with off-list cocktails concocted by their bar team.
