Come celebrate Farmers Market Week & Vermont Open Farm Week with family friendly fun at the Champlain Islands Farmers Market's Kids' Days! In addition to 20+ fantastic local vendors, there will be fun games and activities to encourage kids to learn about local agriculture including a free wool felting workshop (for all ages!) from Blue Heron Farm, a Farmers Market Bingo scavenger hunt, a fun and fascinating interactive Watershed Model from Grand Isle Conservation District & South Hero Land Trust, cornhole toss, and more! As always, you'll find the freshest picked produce including seasonal veggies, fruits, herbs, and flowers. Market vendors offer locally crafted pasta, pies, canned delights, eggs, honey, wine, craft spirits, sausage, bacon, and rabbit. Get your face painted, have a scoop of gelato, and enjoy a hot sandwich as you shop for beautiful handmade jewelry, handknit goods, tie dyes, artwork, herbal bodycare products, and more!
