Open House at Barred Woods Maple

Guests are invited to visit the Barred Woods Maple Sugar House on Friday, October 6th or Saturday, October 7th, between 10 AM and 2 PM for the Open House. They will be offering informal tours of the sugar house where guests can meet the Barred Woods team, see where and how they collect sap and bottle syrup, and the tools they use to boil their sap. At 1 PM on each day, they will be offering a demonstration on making Maple Cream. Guests who attend at that time can see the process and sample the delicious cream. All guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and explore their dynamic variety of maple products including syrup, spices and rubs, cocoa mix, candy, and granola. Guests will be able to purchase products either to take home or to have shipped.
