Each year, we celebrate Terra Madre Day with a family-style dinner menu that celebrates Mother Earth and key principles of the Slow Food International movement. Serving a menu of good, clean & fair food, our menu highlights some of New England's Ark of Taste products. Sitting Slow Food Vermont board member, NECI Chef Martha Smith Franklin, along with her students, will be preparing a 3-course prix fixe meal featuring a Rainbow Beet Appetizer, an entree of Braised Beef Shank w/Crook Neck squash & Green Mountain potatoes and a New England Johnny Cake w/ Vermont Maple-Butter Glaze.
