Join Shelburne Museum for a spectacular holiday tradition: Winter Lights!
A holiday extravaganza for all ages, Winter Lights invites visitors to see the Museum’s buildings and campus bedecked in beautiful holiday lights. Whether watching the Ticonderoga sail on a sea of light or marveling at the merry majesty of the Electra Havemeyer Webb Memorial Building, visitors are sure to feel the spirit of the season while viewing our campus in a new “light.”
Starting this week, Shelburne Museum’s campus will be aglow with the spectacular holiday event, Winter Lights, now in its second season with expanded offerings including a special Ice Bar night.
Fourteen of the museum’s buildings and gardens have been decorated in multicolored light arrangements for Winter Lights, which runs from Thanksgiving weekend through New Year’s Day. The campus will be magically illuminated for the event with the Hershell-Spillman Carousel bedecked, the Ticonderoga floating on a sea of light, Beach Woods twinkling, the Electra Havemeyer Webb Memorial Building aglow, and more.
Visitors are strongly encouraged to purchase timed tickets in advance on the museum’s website www.shelburnemuseum.org. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. For inquiries regarding accessibility accommodations, please contact Bonnie Douglas at 802-985-0831.
