Deep City

A brunch restaurant and bar in the Deep City of Burlington, on the shores of Lake Champlain.

In 2024 Deep City welcomed Charles Reeves, founder of Penny Cluse to take over as food director. With Charles and the helm Deep City is now serving a delicious brunch menu along with a thoughtful drink menu from their full bar.

They are also utilizing their beautiful space for private events with their full bar available including a vast array of Foam beers, plus wine and spirits.
