Trenchers Farmhouse believes great meals start from the ground up. Trenchers nurtures the land with regenerative, sustainable, soil first practices in order to grow the most nutrient rich, delicious ingredients and respectfully raise their animals. Co-owners Jennifer and Giacomo Vascotto create fresh pastas, sauces and other delicacies rooted in Italian tradition highlighting the bounty and deliciousness of the local Vermont area. Meals are times to spread love and nothing tastes better than a delicious, sustainable, handcrafted fresh pasta, sauces, baked goods, desserts and gluten free products. Trenchers Farmhouse is a Slow Food VT Snail of Approval site for 2022 and 2023.
