Come out to celebrate Vermont's Maple Open House weekend at Baird Farm in North Chittenden, VT. The Baird Family has been making maple syrup on their scenic hill farm since the early 1900s. On March 25-26, they'll be offering free Sugarhouse and Sugarbush Tours, and Mount Holly Beer Co. will be around Serving Maple Themed Beer! They'll also have maple tastings, free rosemary waffles, maple giveaways, tabling and beef raffle with Hamilton Cattle Co., tabling with Farmblox, and sharing information on modern
sugaring equipment.
