This evening event at Philo Ridge Farm includes an educational demonstration by their friendly and knowledgable in-house butcher team. They'll keep you fed with small bites from the kitchen during class, and then sit down together to enjoy a family-style meal, including:

• Nitty Gritty cornbread with maple butter
