Cenone - New Year's Dinner at the Farm | Agricola

Ring in the New Year with Agricola Farm! They are celebrating with a traditional Italian Cenone, a big feast featuring multiple courses made with products from their farm. Seating for dinner will be at 7:00pm, with course after course until the new year! The slowly served meal will provide time for people to enjoy music and the company of their old and new friends. The traditional Cenone features cotechino and lenticchie, a dish started in 1511 and traditionally eaten on New Years Eve ever since. They will have multiple appetizers and multiple homemade pasta and meat dishes.

For out of state guests, Ale and Stefano from Agricola Farm can help you coordinate your stay. and if you want to have a more full Vermont experience they can help you coordinate a snow shoeing or cross country skiing trip.
