Small sustainable farm using Italian traditions to raise pastured chickens, sheep and pigs. Agricola Farm processes meat using Italian approaches to butchering and processing fresh and cured meats. They are best known for their specialty pork, but also have Icelandic sheep and heritage hens, and have started growing Italian herbs and vegetables. Special Italian dinners are offered throughout the year, plus cooking classes, farm lunches, and the facility is available to rent for private parties.
