Agricola is a small diversified Italian farm in Panton, VT run by Alessandra (Ale) and Stefano (Steu). We specialize in raising and preparing gourmet meats and are particularly known for our pork. We raise Icelandic sheep, ducks and heritage chickens, for both eggs and meat, we produce salame and other cured meats, such as coppa, guanciale, lonzino, pancetta and prosciutto using traditional Italian curing techniques. Our animals are lovingly raised on verdant pasture and we strive to farm in connection with our local ecosystem.
