This training led by Duncan Holaday, owner and operator of Dunc's Mill, brings students in direct contact with a variety of processes involved with building and operating a distillery. There are lectures, labs, visits from experts in the field, and hands-on experiences in the field. The training also covers licensing, environmental concerns, safety and quality control, and more.
