Farm Tour and Gelato Tasting with Paisley Scoops Gelato | Open Farm Week 2024

All are welcome to a farm tour and gelato tasting at Paul-Lin Dairy, the origin of Paisley Scoops Gelato. Receive a farm tour, visit the Jersey brown cows whose delicious milk is used in the gelato, and then sample the finished product!

Paisley Scoops Gelato has been operating at Paul-Lin Dairy in East Fairfield since 2020! The owner, Ellen Stanley, creates varied flavors of gelato using the milk from her family's registered Jersey cows who rotationally graze daily throughout the summer months. Paisley Scoops is proud to use a plethora of local ingredients to create unique flavors as well as tried and true classics. Paisley Scoops attends farmer's markets throughout Franklin County as well as a few further afield.
