Pitchfork Pickle is hosting a celebration of the many fermented foods and drinks in our lives and some of the many local producers who make them.
It will be like a ferment specific farmers market! Vendors will be stationed throughout the hallway and businesses of the Soda Plant, each highlighting a specific type of fermented food or beverage -- coffee, wine, beer, cider, yogurt, sauerkraut, cheese, bread, kimchi, mead, chocolate, ginger beer, and kombucha! Mingle, ask the fabulous fermenters questions, sample their products, and buy some to take home with you.
There are also ferment talks and a starter swap!
