Milkweed Farm is a small diversified vegetable and flower farm in Westminster West, Vermont, owned and operated by Jonah Mossberg and Emily Hartz. They grow around 100 varieties of vegetables for their 130-member vegetable CSA and a few local grocers and nonprofits on just about two acres. They have the favorites, like heirloom tomatoes, peas, and cucumbers, as well as more unique options, like ginger, artichokes, asian pears, and shiitake mushrooms. They are committed to improving soil health and biology through low and no-till, organic practices. They're committed to building community and climate resilience as well - a four-season full-diet farm store is in the works that they anticipate opening in July 2024.
