This evening at Philo Ridge Farm includes an educational demonstration by their friendly and knowledgable butcher team. They'll keep you fed with small bites from the kitchen during class, and then sit down together to enjoy a family-style meal. The Moroccan Dinner Menu includes:

• Harissa braised lamb shoulder
• Couscous with confit tomatoes & braised kale
• Roasted squash, spiced with ras el hanout
• Tigrifine bread (flat bread)
• Salted almond shortbread with thyme
• Drinks including beer, wine, cider and non-alcoholic options
