Join Ari Rockland-Miller of The Mushroom Forager on a guided tour of spring’s wild tastes and tonics. The woods burst with a profusion of tender new greens and mushrooms. The program will feature a guided foray of the woods around Shelburne Farms with an eye towards the early culinary and medicinal treasures of springtime.
