Perfect Pairings: Vermont Cheese & Wines of the World | Mad River Taste

Mary Tuthill, American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and General Manager of the Mad River Taste Place, will team with Josh Turka, WSET Level 3 certified wine expert, to take class participants through a guided pairing of Vermont cheese and the world of wine.

Focusing on four different wines, Mary & Josh will explain traditional selections as well as fresh takes on unique cheese pairings, and empower participants to make their own pairing selections in the future.
