You’ll learn how to:

• make fresh dough

• make shells for later use

• treat toppings

• make sauce

• fashion a chocolate calzone

• grill a pizza, weather permitting

We’ll use mostly organic and regional ingredients that herald mainly from nearby Vermont farms.

• Length: 2-3 hours

• Recipes included

• Gluten-free option available with advance notice

• Also good for children five years of age or older

• Two-person minimum if no one else has booked

• BYOB and EAT WHAT YOU MAKE
