Come join Odyssey Events at their mountain-top retreat for a relaxed, fun, and delicious brunch lesson! BYOB and EAT WHAT YOU MAKE! This class is scheduled for most weekend afternoons, but a class can be booked almost any time.

Having owned a restaurant named Hemingway's, Linda and and Ted of Odyssey Events couldn't resist the class title. They love cooking parties and this is just one of many you can have at their mountain-top retreat. They handle the classic combo of Vermont dairy and eggs in an unclassic "fallen" soufflé. Then, with apples from local orchards, you'll learn to make a light and delicious apple tart plus a Vermont maple cream. If it’s sugaring season they may even walk to their neighbor's shack to see some of the process. A two-person minimum is preferred, but contact them as they may have other singles on a waitlist.
