Under Orion Farm

Under Orion Farm is a diversified production farm with 250 acres that have been in agriculture for centuries. Today, these acres include pasture for grazing cattle, organic hay fields, organic vegetable production, sugar woods, 140 acres of forest, and a sawmill. Under Orion sells maple syrup, pastured beef, certified organic hay, native lumber, and provides custom sawmill services. The Farm is also home to Catamount Aviation and has a flying strip on the top field.
