Intervale Cooking Series: Botanical Beverages & Summertime Refreshers

Join bartender and herbalist Jackie Bishop and learn how to incorporate medicinal herbs and flowers into components for tasty summertime cocktails. We will whip up some infused simple syrups and floral-sugar rims to take home. Then, we will learn about the art of cocktail making, and mix up two (mock)cocktail recipes that are sure to impress your friends at your next outdoor gathering!

Jackie Bishop is an herbalist, educator and artist with a love for culinary crafting. She is constantly inspired by plants and enjoys incorporating them into her botanical beverages and plant-based cooking. She enjoys sharing her skills in herbalism and crafting with others in a fun, simplified lesson giving the student room and encouragement to experiment and develop their own unique ideas!

Class will be held outdoors at the Intervale Center.
