Blue Ledge Farm

Established in 2000, Blue Ledge Farm is a seasonal goat dairy and cheesemaking operation. They produce nine types of goat and cow cheeses, from very fresh chevres, to semi-aged bloomy rind, to harder aged cheeses, all ripened in our underground caves. They offer a self-guided tour map.
