Fast Hitch Farm

Fast Hitch Farm is a beautiful 45-acre sustainably-run hilltop farm located in Whiting, Vermont, producing a variety of VOF Certified Organic garlic. At Fast Hitch Farm, they strive to make sustainable use of the entire natural resource base, not just their cropland. One of their guiding principles is “Everything Contributes,” an attempt to capture their dedication to conserving resources on the farm and to minimizing off-farm inputs and waste. Fast Hitch's fields, forests, barns, and ponds are all part of the their agro-ecosystem. They keep the farm healthy so it can provide their customers with natural healthy products that could only come from Vermont.
