Fat Rooster Farm

Nestled in the Upper Valley along Vermont's scenic White River, Fat Rooster Farm is a diversified farm that incorporates ecologically sustainable methods of production. They grow heirloom varieties of vegetables and heritage breeds of livestock. Crops on the farm include asparagus, rhubarb, horseradish, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes, sweet corn, beans, cakes, squash, specialty greens, onions, and flowers. Grass-fed lamb, pork, chicken turkey, guinea hen, and duck are also available, as well as eggs, honey, and fruit. The woodland are used to forage for wild edibles, provide wood, diversify the wildlife on the farm, and provide stream stabilization for the meandering White River.
