Golden Russet Farm is a family-run organic farm in Shoreham, Vermont, near Lake Champlain, growing a wide variety of summer and fall vegetables. In the spring, they offer bedding plants for flower and vegetable gardens. They grow cut flowers in addition to vegetables, and offer their products at their farmstand, through the Farm-to-Kitchen Connection CSA, and at retailers and restaurants in the greater Middlebury area. A majority of Golden Russet products are sold within 20 miles of the farm!
Visit the farm in season - located off Route 22A, 1.3 miles west of the Halfway House Restaurant. Fro the last weekend in April to the end of June, the greenhouses are open Mon - Sun; 9:00am - 5:00pm. Check their website for details.
