Settlement Farm

Settlement Farm is in Underhill, Vermont and we raise sheep using a 19th century dairy barn.  The 1839 Vermont Farm Census reports that there were 3300 sheep in Underhill at that time and a very few dairy cows.  

We have USDA inspected, frozen, and vacuum packaged cuts of lamb available for several months.
