Fritz Kaiser brings Swiss cheesemaking knowledge to the farmstead, artisan cheese of Quebec. They offer a great selection of good priced cheese, plus curated specialty foods from other producers, the boutique farm shop. This is a stop in the Riverain (riverside) circuit of the picnicking route of Haut Richelieu.
