von Trapp Farmstead is a 3rd generation organic farmstead creamery in central Vermont. They produce organic artisan cheese and organic yogurts using only the milk from their herd of ~50 cows. They also raise whey-fed pork (a delicious use for whey, the by-product of cheesemaking), and have a farm store with their products and products from other local producers.
